Role
Problem
During its 3-year history the company grew a wide product line. Main parts of it was Web-, Mobile-apps, and White-labeling solutions for young fintech-startups.
(The purpose of whitelabeling is to provide a set of functionality, refined, tested and licensed, for companies who want to quickly setup their financial company and serve specific audience.)
Current branding and design had scalability and cosistency issues and lacked “unique ingridient” to it among growing fintech scene.
Insight
Lithuania at that time was in Top-3 countries by Fintech market growth. With UK being a leader, after Brexit, a lot has changed in this sphere.
Build basis for new experiences and innovations
After accepting the need for a global change, together with team we outlined the principles on which our activities are to be based on.
We wanted to build flexible and simple platform, that would serve the needs of our banking needs and needs of our corporate clients.
Goal (1)
Unify all platforms within company with one design language. This will further differentiate us among competitors and help go away from legacy projects.
Goal (2)
Improve company’s image. We want don’t want to be just a “digital wallet”. We want to be the basis for the next generation of such EMI’s with banking and educational features.
Goal (3)
Make a future-proof and flexible base to build products united by the same vision across business, design, development and clients.
Going further
Together with the team we’ve reshaped our product line. New line received space for cross-selling products and new product lines. The line became more modular and flexible.
Designer, Marketing and C-level team created a brandbook to establish general guidelines for new brand. It includes vision, principles and usage of brand-related materials.
The result of these changes was a new website that covered all the changes we needed and could communicate people about upcoming changes.
